How to Play Connections Unlimited

Starting the Game

You will be presented with a grid of 16 words arranged randomly. Your goal is to sort these words into four groups, with each group containing four words that share a common connection.

Finding the Connections

The categories can range from animals and colours to countries or even more abstract ideas. Your task is to recognise what links certain words together and organise them into logical sets. Some words may appear to belong to more than one category, which makes the puzzle more challenging.

Grouping the Words

To create a group, simply select four words that you believe share a connection. Once you have identified a possible set, click on the words to organise them into a group. This usually takes just a few simple moves.

Checking Your Progress

After you make your selection, the game will provide feedback. If your grouping is correct, those words will be placed into the appropriate category. If the grouping is incorrect, the game will prompt you to try again and help guide you towards the right solution.

Winning the Game

The game is completed once all 16 words have been correctly organised into four categories. Success depends on your ability to think critically and recognise connections that may not be obvious at first glance.
