We needed a replacement SKF bearing for an older machine and local stock was difficult to find. They checked the part number for us before we placed the order and sent photos of the packaging. This was our second order with them. First time we only bought a few pieces to check quality because we did not know the company before. After inspection everything looked correct, dimensions were stable and certificates were provided. This time we ordered a larger quantity of NACHI bearings for our workshop stock. Cartons arrived in good condition even after international transport. Their sales person replies fast, normally same day, which makes purchasing much easier. Price was not the cheapest quote we received, but the overall service was better and they actually had the models we needed.

We ordered several TIMKEN items together with other industrial bearings. Products arrived with certificates and original labels, and our receiving team checked the sizes against the PO without finding any problem. Packaging was strong, especially the heavier bearings, and nothing was loose inside the cartons. One box had a little damage on the outside from shipping but the bearing inside was totally fine. Communication is easy, not too much sales talk, they just answer the question. We already asked them for another quotation for next month.
