摘 要

　　农民安置社区是全国开发区热潮下的产物，学术界对这类社区从不同层面进行了研究，但对于社区管理的整体研究仍有不足，本论文主要是对社区的整体管理进行探究，寻找其中的问题并提出相应的对策。

　　本次研究主要以苏州泾园北社区为例，运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法等来了解社区的基本情况，得到社区管理工作较完整的信息和数据，以便能找到社区目前存在的一些管理问题。

　　泾园北社区管理工作的问题主要是三个方面：一是社区的管理制度和组织架构不能适应社区需要，降低了管理效率；其次是社区公共设施的管理缺失，由于缺乏持续的管理维护，有些设施甚至还影响了居民的正常生活；最后，居民尚未形成参与社区管理的意识。这些问题出现的原因，本文主要从四个方面来论述，第一，社区管理负担过重，无法准确定位社区需求；第二，居民不适应社区的生活方式；第三，熟人社会消失；第四，居民的道德素质有待提高。面对以上问题，本文主要从两方面提出对策。对于社区，要完善管理制度，明确管理权责，培养专业的社区管理队伍，提高工作效率和服务质量。

　　对于居民，要加强居民道德教育，树立社区管理工作的参与意识。

Research on Farmer’s Resettlement Community Management

——Taking Jingyuan North Community as an Example

Abstract

　　Farmers' resettlement community is the product of the national development zone.Theacademic community has studied this kind of community from different aspects, but the overallresearch on community management is still inadequate.This paper mainly explores the overallmanagement of the community.And put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

　　This study mainly takes the Suzhou Jingyuan North community as an example, uses theliterature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the interview method tounderstand the basic situation of the community and obtains the complete information and dataof the community management work so as to find the existing community Some managementissues.

　　The problem of community management in Jingyuan North is mainly three aspects: First,the community management system, community management system and organizationalstructure can not meet the needs of the community, reducing the efficiency of management;followed by the lack of community management of public facilities, due to lack of sustainedManagement and maintenance, and some facilities even affect the residents of the normal life;Finally, the residents have not yet formed a sense of participation in community management.
